All presentations are interactive, and geared toward the audience you're seeking to support. They can be held virtually or in person and include: up to 15 miles of travel (to and from), prep-work, collaboration with key leaders before and after event, Q & A and relevant supportive materials and resources. Additional options are available to add-on for an even more customized experience.

Mental health trainings for healthcare workers may cover topics such as: trauma, mental health and quality care for clients, burn out management and effects, impact of stress on work/life balance, etc. CEU's are not currently offered through Authentically Me Psychotherapy.
